Three-Day Workshop with Master Alex Dong

June 20th - 22nd, 2025

Master Alex Dong will return to Star, Idaho in June to hold our annual 3-Day Tai Chi workshop. We can’t over-emphasize the value of practicing Dong-style Tai Chi over 3 days with Master Dong - whether you’ve just begun Tai Chi, or you’ve been practicing for years.

Lao Shi Greg Casey will lead Eagle students in a Fundamentals of Tai Chi class everyone Monday & Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm - starting May 7, 2025

This is the perfect class for beginners and anyone who wants a deeper dive into Tai Chi stances, forms, energy flow and more.
